Education Experience: Should be a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.

  • Works with company leadership to establish a strategy for IT Operations & Infrastructure ensuring a stable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure in alignment with and in support of the overall ITand corporate strategies.
  • Identify and progress new customer acquisition opportunities aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Responsible for developing accounts for software development.
  • Hire and develop a team of sales personnel to promote software development center.
  • Establish and implement company’s policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organizations officials and staff members as necessary.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to sell solutions and services to the target market.
  • Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Ensuring that service management policies, processes and procedures documentation is created, updated and maintained.
  • Be single point of contact primary interface with various clients and coordinate sales and marketing strategies
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
